The battle for America’s future has begun.
Liberal groups such as the ACLU, People for the American Way, and Americans United for Separation of Church and State are already organized, set to spend whatever money and time necessary to block any nominee who does not meet their litmus test.
For example, People for the American Way say they have a “war room” in Washington, D.C. which is staffed by fifty people and raised $2,000,000 to fight any nominee who does not support their agenda.
Realizing they can never get their agenda through Congress, they are circumventing the democratic process of majority voting. They know the only hope for forcing their agenda on the American public is to maintain control of the judiciary by allowing only judges they approve to be confirmed.

They feel any nominee who does not meet their litmus test should not be allowed to serve as a federal judge.
Here is the agenda this minority is trying to force on the American people:
- Approval of homosexual marriage
- Legalizing euthanasia
- Banning prayer in school
- Banning the public display of the Ten Commandments
- Banning the Pledge of Allegiance
- Basing our laws on the laws of other nations and not only on the U.S. Constitution*
- Maintaining Abortion on Demand
- Forcing the Boy Scouts and similar organizations (including churches) to place homosexuals in positions of leadership
- Complete protection for all kinds of pornography
- Creating hate crimes laws to punish those who believe homosexuality is wrong
- Denigrating Christianity to a secondary status
- Making secularism the only legitimate religion

*Justice Kennedy, in making the ruling on capital punishment and with the agreement of a majority of other justices, wrote: “It is proper that we acknowledge the overwhelming weight of international opinion against the juvenile death penalty.” The point here is not the ruling, but the fact that the court looked not solely to the U.S. Constitution, but also took into consideration European law.
In making their decision legalizing sodomy, Kennedy again wrote for the court: “The laws of Northern Ireland forbade him (the homosexual defendant) that right” (to practice sodomy). Kennedy also referenced the European Court of Human Rights and wrote: “Other nations have taken action consistent with an affirmation of the protected right of homosexual adults to engage in intimate, consensual conduct.”

This is the agenda they want to force on all Americans through a handful of liberal judges.
Don’t sit on the sidelines and let them achieve their goal. Get involved in the battle! If you decide not to get involved, be prepared for your children and grandchildren to live under the rule of unelected liberal Federal judges.
